So, I felt encouraged to share my bad experience and completed the online contact form with the facts 1. I was kept waiting a long time even though I ordered online and arrived on time to collect 2. I received the 300g rib portions while I paid for 500g portions 3. The ribs were so dry and overcooked they were inedible It has been several days and no response has been received :-( Oh well, bye bye Steers, you will not see me again
