Bad experience

I placed an online order today for Wacky,it was after i knocked off. Its about 20min drive from my workplace to the restaurant.Steers Garankuwa. When i got there my order was not prepared they only started with it after i got there to collect. I was expecting my order to be ready only to wait for another 15min for my order. The reason why I place an order is because i dont want to wait as I had other things to attend to. My order was not well prepared. The buns were wet when i got home. My kids did not enjoy their meal at all. We are not taken seriously and they don't t even apologize or acknowledge us. After today i will not recommend anyone to your restaurant. Please teach your staff about proper customer service.
