Bad delivery service at Steers Garankuwa

Received unsatisfactory unacceptable delivery service it was not for the first time, of the few times I have ordered delivery once has my delivery been delivered on time.

The store and query line operator sent me from pillar to post. What is the purpose of having a query line if they ate going to refer me to the store manager when I was referred to them by the store so they can inform how far is my order.

The reasons for the store anticipating the order to be late should have been explained to me when I placed the order not when I I complaining. So much for the driver will call you when he arrives I am yet to get a call instead of a hoot at the gate.
