Bad delivery service

Turn around time for deliveries is terrible. Placed an order at Steers Umphakathi Mall at 19:30 it's now 20:40 and I still haven't received my order. Doesnt make sense that on the app it says my food has been delivered but I have never received my order. Totally unacceptable and unreliable
