Bad Customer Service Steers Bracken City.

I have been waiting for over two hours for my order. Everytime I call in I am told that the order is on it's way. You get transfered from one person to the next. How long can it take to deliver from Brackenhurst to Meyersdal. It's literally up the road.

Very disappointed with the service and they sent me an sms an hour ago saying my order has been delivered.
