Bad customer service from Lephalale Steers

On the 01 July 2020 we placed an order at Steers in Lephalale mall at 17h57. The order was for three WW burgers @ total of R 164.70. An hour later the order did not arrived. My wife made numerous calls and the phone was going through Debonair s call center, from there its will be transferred to Steers. The wife kept on explaining to call center lady that the call to Steers is going straight to voicemail. Finally we gave up on our order. at 20h43 the order was delivered, by than its was useless. I still accepted the order.

Lephalale customer service is bad. There really dont care and its does not surprise me to see a lot of food franchises closing. You wait for order till you make alternative for food.
