Bad Customer service

Bad experience, the cashier told me to collect my order in 5 to 10 minutes and I even when back to collect after 15 minutes but guess what I had to wait another 15 mins while I was at work. This is what we call in retail Over promising a Customer and Under delivery. Cashier Name Sharlotte molamudi
