Bad Customer service

A month ago I ordered 2 wacky Wednesday from the Woodmead branch. It took over two hours to get to me. Every time I called to find out where is the order they kept on saying in 5 minutes. eventually the driver came almost two hours later. Then I logged a complain with their customer service they called me twice to tell me that the said branch will call me. Believe me when I say up until today as in now no one has called me from their customer service or the branch itself.
