Bad customer service

I think as from today I will nvr go to any steers in my life I bought wings and a juice when I opened my order the juice was missing I called them to let them knw the driver returned and gave me a wrong juice I laid a complain on customer service the manager called me and yelled at me saying why did I lie instead of apologising this the end of my partnership with steers (ennerdale)
