Bad Customer service and raw food

**** service. I'm very much disappointed with this steers . You ask the ladies about the order that's not appearing on the screen they just tell you about 20minutes. You wait by the counter to ask for assistance they just look at you and leave hanging there until you call them after calling them they say ribs takes up to 15 minutes. Chicken was raw. Very raw as well as ribs. I paid R400 for all and taking this chicken home to re-grill it as they didn't do their job well. I asked for 4 peace's cuts they gave me 2...I went back to ask they just took it and cut it. And game a paper to eat on it they say no plates. They leave me to order no sugar drinks when they supposed to give me they say they don't have no sugar. From 16:24 till 17;12 waiting for my food. The waiting is not worthwhile because even though we waited food was not ready at all. I'm not coming back here. Never ever. Everyone here is running around none of them got name badges. Ribs were burned...I regret. Should've gone to chicken licken and spend R100 for nice food or even pizza would be better. Their salads with rotten tomatoes and lettuce wasn't cut they just put it in a clam...one of the guys was using a phone in front and there was a queue instead of helping he use his phone and go back to food .. that's cross contention of food.
