Bad Customer Service And Late Delivery And Order not taken
STEERS AND FISHAWAYS in Chris Hani Road, Redhill, Durban. My staff ordered lunch for delivery, and the were told it will arrive in 30 minutes, after an hour and half we called them they told us they are too busy, but our food is coming. The owner came and he was so rude. when we open our our Calamari was not in the order. When we called them, they told us it was not ordered and they cut the call. We phoned several times, but they kept on cutting the call.
