Bad Customer service and incomplete order

Bad customer service for steers in Sky City I ordered twice online and my beef patty was outside the burger and the was spillage of the soup all over my food and order as incomplete as well I called to log a complain and all they said was sorry, they did not even bother to bring the missing food, It seems like they are used to this
