Bad customer service

Last time I was here, I thought I was over seeing things taken that I had a bad day but to my surprise... the bad service at this steers at van der Walt is still a continuous. The waitresses here ars rude, have attitude and lazy to give one the service they deserve. Start with their old magogo who likes wearing a cap to the skinny mpumi. The owner here needs to do something. Cause you'll ask for the manager, to only find out its the magogo. The one who's leading this ill mannered service.
