Bad customer service

I ordered online at 16:00 on the 30/12/2020, at 17:11 I was at the store to collect my order (Mhluzi mall)- it was not ready yet - I had to wait. eventually when I got my order I drove home. When I got home, I checked my order I was not happy with the cheesy chips, there was hardly any cheese sauce on the chips and it was looking odd. I had to drive back to the store to take back the chips and get proper ones but with the attitude from the staff I had to ask for my money back. Can you please train the staff on customer service and how to handle complains. Two ladies, the one who was at the till (she was also putting patties on the grill as well, leaving the queue) and the one who prepared the food, I did not get their names. I did not like the manner how they responded when I asked them why is my order not ready and when I came back to return the chips they gave me attitude.
