Bad customer service

According to your trading hours the store is supposed to open at 9. Got there 9:08 and was met by a very rude Busi who refused to serve me told me they are still cleaning and will only open at 9:30. Please decide what your trading hours are and urgently train Busi on customer service because she clearly has no idea what that is and has no respect for clients
