Bad Customer Care
<p>Went to steers today and ordered a meal...I waited for my meal for about 15 min. I then saw that people who ordered after me fot their food, the lady then tells me after almost waiting for 20 min they are still waiting for pineapples. I then left and came back after 5 minutes and saw someone else also got their order so I asked for my money back. The manager was at the back and did not even come to apologise for their bad service. They gave my money back and I left hungry. I have never had this experience at steers ever and I have always loved steers. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY OF YOUR FRANCHISES EVER AGAIN</p>
