Bad Coffee

Feedback Bad Coffee: On the 1 September 2015, was I contacted by Steers Customer Care Line and 2 September 2015, by the branch manager, Margaret. She apologized for the coffee and hot chocolate that was not up to standard. That the Chaywa coffee machine, a Coca Cola product, was sent back to them to be re-calibrated. She offered me a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate to enjoy when I was in the area and also to refund me. In fairness to Steers, the service I received from their staff was good, the Chaywa coffee machine that they stock from Coca Cola, gave them a bad report.
