Bad Business and who cares about the customer

A bunch of us were working with deadlines at a colleagues home in Melkbosstrand, loadshedding struck and we were told not to bother with ordering until the power came back on because the local store for Steers closes their does and does not deliver at all. Fast forward three hours later ... the online order is still off and you cannot raise the store or an agent to talk to, tough luck Steers your competition got our business and after today ,.. they will continue to as they bothered to do something about keep their stores open and functioning during loadshedding.
