Bad burger meal order........Invoice no#301374... Order no119

I was driving from Dundee/Nquthu to Pietermaritzburg drove through the Shell Ultra City South on my way back rom a long trip, i went in at Steers Utra City to order a burger Freshe BOERIE BURGER MEAL at R49, 90 an waited less than 5 minutes it was not busy afternoon because i was the only customer in the store an when my food was packed i went out because i still had a long way back to drive an took off wth the order as i was eating in my car i found that the burger patty was not done properly an it was a bit off taste an the potatoe chips were no where near bieng fresh an harder all crums an oily i hardly ate them because i dnt like oily foods so i couldn't eat half of the burger without chips an i couldn't drive back to return them as i was far an lodge a complaint so was very disappointed in them an their service i dnt think it would be easy to refer anyone or family members or my friend to experience such service!!!
