Bad bad service

The experience at steers Walmer 9th Avenue was horrible. I placed my order at 19:17, it's now 19:40 and I'm still waiting for my order, everyone that got here after me has left. Apparently my order slip disappeared according to the cashier that took my order. I'm disgusted at the service here.
