BAD BAD Service

I ordered Steers online from the Maitland branch. Order number ***7. Firstly, when I got to the store, they were looking for my order. After not finding it, they said I have to wait 10 minutes even though I ordered online and it should've been ready. After a few minutes they found my order laying in the warmer.

Secondly, the hot chips was a lot of small thin almost burnt pieces and it was not fresh at all.

Thirdly and most importantly, I ordered 4 burgers: 2 without lettuce, onions and gherkins and the other 2 I DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO.... BUT I got all 4 burgers WITHOUT garnish, just smothered in sauce. Also, I made a note saying that I want the chicken burgers to be HOT as I did not get this option on the website, but whoever made my order clearly did not read instructions.

I am so disappointed in your service as I never ever received this treatment at Micthells Plain branches where I normally buy. If I could've gone back I would, but I passed the store on my way home from work.
