BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AT STEERS PROTEA GLEN MALL

Im always dissapointed by the service offered at steers protea glen. It's always poor .i ordered my food online at around 13h45 and i paid online for my food but i didn't get my food .i went to the shop the next day to request for my cash back wen the manager gave me attitude and told me i didn't make any order cause nothing is showing on their system .he printed a slip on the system nd went in his office for such a long time without even informing me the client what he was doing at the back .i had to request one of his staff to call him cause I've been sitting for quite some time now .she came back with him but he didnt apologies for keeping me waiting instead he gave me attitude and still told me no payment was showing but then decided to give me my money back in coins for that matter nd NO APOLOGIES STILL for the inconvenience they cost me .
