Bad!!!! Bad!!! Bad!!!! service

The last month i have ordered from steers 4 times for delivery the first time i ordered i had to phone the owner after 2 hours to get my food he apologised and said they had a new call centre and reassured me everything will be back to normal within the next week since then i ordered from them 3 more times and each time they got my order wrong today i asked the person taking the order repeatedly to please make sure they send chicken burger because they got it wrong the previous 2 times he assured me it wont happen again 40 minutes later i received my food and they got it wrong AGAIN!!!! i also ordered double thick milkshakes that looked like flavoured milk im disappointed and will never order from you again i told them to keep the money and burger i will be buying my take aways elsewhere from now on
