Bad attitude and service from Steers Jean Ave Centurion. (21/02/2026) The patron told me he cannot make my daughter caramel cone ice cream as he was not taught. He told me he can only make her the cup caramel ice cream However my daughter wanted a cone. After pleading with him to give us a cone he just didn’t want to hear it and basically threw the cone in the cup. My daughter started crying and the nerve that he had to tell me I’m spoiling my child just gave me chills. Steers please take your staff to custome care training I’m very disappointed in the manner me and my daughter were treated today.
