bad attitude and poor services

i went to steers to order a breakfast pita !

as i do dont eat red meat - i specifically said Soya and my college heard as well .

once i got the office i released its beef - my one hour lunch break is up i am unable to leave the office i phones steers to advise if they could replace it the manager said no i must stop by after work and get my refund which does not help me at all cause im hungry at the present moment ! the said his trying to help me out ?! help me really ! such a bad attitude ! a good manager would of rectified the order and would not have chosen to loose money
