Bad attitude and bad service

Went to Steers at Shell Ultracity near Estcourt. Friday 22 Sept 2017 The ladies working have No customer service I waited for my order from 17:58 to 18:37 exactly. They said sarcastically they were short staffed as everyone was agitated by the service. Not even once did they apologise or even care that people were waiting. Worse I was standing there waiting for my order and the order was ready and the lady did not give me my order and eventually seven she called it I asked why she did not call out my order of it ready I had been standing here more than 30mins. She just kept quiet and continued with her other orders. Service there was poor and I use that steers as we don't have any other steers in Estcourt. U will loose customers with service like that. Your ladies don't know what customer service is. No apology nothing. They also said there was no manager on duty as everyone else was getting aggitated with the service. This is not acceptable.
