Bad attitude

I received a bad attitude from a cashier by the name of dumisani in dobsonville branch, can u please take him for customer care training or remove him from the forefront because really he has a stinking bad attitude that will definitely make clients to think twice before going to that branch, i was treated in such a way that he made me feel that the value of my money is worthless to him or maybe i can say to steers. It is so unfortunate to those who can't or unable to report such behavior through this channel cause when u asked for superior u will be told they are not in,a person like me hate complaining but on this one i felt it was unnecessary and unacceptable to be treated like a trash. Please rectify such behavior for future.
