Bad and Horrible Service

I'm really disappointed and frustrated about the service received from this restaurant, I phoned the restaurant @11:27 to order their special of full chicken with chips for R149.99 and during my lunch hour after 12:00pm when I went to collect the food, I was surprised to be told that the restaurant is out of chickens😳 why wasn't I told this when I placed the order, now my lunch hour is wasted plus I waisted money to call and place non existing order.
