Bad and disappointing service

I ordered food from Steers Welkom branch using the online app. I paid for the food but the order was never delivered. The oder was placed on the 22 May. I have been contacting the store and they are still giving me a run around. To this day, I still haven't received my money back. This is really a pathetic service.
