Bacon & Avo burger with a Raw burger patty

I baught a Bacon & Avo burger from the Eldoraign Steers on Saxby ave. When I took the first bite I noticed that the patty was still raw. I've got photos to prove it. I'm not happy about this and I'm reluctant to say that it has put me off Steers completely.
