awful food and bad service

Once every 2 weeks my family and I take a trip to the beach and get steers on the way home. We go to the same steers as there is only one on our way home. We order full meals for all 4 of us as well as ice cream cones. It's not a cheap order. 3 consecutive occasions have made me decide not to support your branch anymore. Twice we have been stuck in a drive through for 20 to 30 minutes only to receive dry, stale burgers with barely spiced chips. Today we went inside to order. The staff are so unfriendly. I ordered some food which came to over R120 we got the food after waiting for a while. Get in the car and drive off. 2 burgers had cheese on which i didn't want and declined when asked. 1 burger had a piece missing as if a bite was taken out. The other burgers were dry and disgusting really. I eat very healthily and once a week I have a cheat day. That meal was my cheat meal and it was revolting. The ladies are rude, no gloves are used to handle food. In between meals being prepared not 1 person washed their hands. One lady coughed over the food! I am very sorry but I'd rather make the food at home than choose you for convenience. It's not convenient, it tastes terrible
