Awful customer service

Good day

I placed an order with Steers Bedford via your website and I waited for the order for an hour,I called the branch to follow up and the said the can’t find it,I then called your customer services and they said the order timed out,I then place an order again and still waited for another 1:30 minutes,the staff at the branch was not helpful no sense of urgency,the customer service is worse the lady promised to call me back and never did,am quite disappointed and annoyed at steers customer service it’s awful
