Awful attitude and service

Hungry I was and went to the drive through of the Wonderboom Junction outlet. I ordered two king steer burgers and proceed to pay the food was ironically already waiting for me at the next window . I get the food and it’s cold, boy was it a sin to query that. I was told to wait in the parking lot and in a minute or so the cashier came said “ We will refund you if you are not happy” which I gladly accepted.

I wrote to them on 19 January 2024 to date not even an acknowledgment
