Atrocious Steers

Last night I bought a wacky Wednesday for my son, with chips. When I got home and opened the box, the one burger looked like it was up side down, when I turned it around the burger was made up out of 2 bottoms, the ons side looked like it was chewed on or broken off. I immediately took it back and wanted my money back, but my son was craving for a burger and I reluctantly agreed. We got our burgers and silly me didn't check it there and then. At home I found out that it was the same burger in the same box, they just replaced the top part of the burger. I was furious, I called them to relay my disgust, the manager didn't want to speak to me, so I asked for the owner. When I told him what happened, he laughed, which means what happened was funny., I took pictures and please let me know what else I can do, as this is unacceptable. He promised he will call me today, it is already before 6 in the evening. I'm appalled, my appetite was spoiled and had to go sleep on an empty tummy.
