ATROCIOUS SERVICE STEERS PLATTEKLOOF

I had downloaded the Steers App and decided to place an order for delivery yesterday being my birthday. My order number was Order # ***2. The order placed 09 October 2019 12:19. I phoned the number for Steers Plattekloof at 13:20 to find out where my order was and the confirmation was from the call Center was that the driver was on his way. I waited another half hour and then phoned back and the call center put me though to the shop but there was no answer. My house is 2.8 km from the Steers and my food was eventually delivered at 14:20. This is the first and last time I will use this store or Steers for that matter. This is the worst experience I have ever with online delivery. Even Uber eats is MUCH MUCH better. IT TOOK 2 HOURS FOR A ORDER THAT IS 2.8KM (6 MINUTES DRIVE) TO BE MADE AND DELIVERED. THIS IS REALLY REAL ATROCIOUS SERVICE EVER !!
