ATROCIOUS SERVICE FROM STEERS

The service I received from the Steers in cnr Loop and Strand street, Cape Town, is extremely appalling. I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for my order while several people that ordered after me, received their food and left, so clearly I am the joke. The staff was too busy having a fat chat, cracking jokes you would swear you were in a circus. The cashiers have bad attitude and lack customer service skills. They became so rude when I was querying my order you would think these people are not trained. Their manager is just as terrible, I was hoping to receive some sort of sympathy or acknowledgement from someone who is part of the "management" but he didn't even take into account the mistreatment I had just received from the staff. When I asked for my money back, seeing that I was getting nowhere with getting my order the cashier threw the cash on top of the counter and didn't even hand it back to me, THE NERVE SHE HAS!

I am extremely dissapointed in Steers considering that I have been a loyal customer for so manh years, STEERS YOU REALLY NEDD TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR STAFF! !
