****** at Steers Kokstad

I sent my son to buy at Steers Kokstad, he came back with only four pieces for a whole chicken meal and some order that was labelled “Agnes” that they made him pay for it. I called the Steers customer care line the same evening and I was told that the case would be opened and someone would call me the next day. The following day a guy claiming to be the store manager called me and he said I should come to the store after work but when I called him after work he sounded so drunk and he didn’t make any sense in what he was saying. I called the customer care line again to report on what has happened and a girl called Katlego was so rude to me I even told her I would also report her. So I paid for a full chicken only to get lousy four pieces and the business seem not to care.
