Arrogancy - not acknowledging once fault

On the 23rd September 2018, the manager of Steers - Rustenburg Square by the name of Luvuyo, at approximately 10h00 am; he was very arrogant in that he used diminishing words like 'Whatever, I'm the Manager here' when asked to elaborate on his service or attitude to share his full name details. He re-iterated that 'he was the only Luvuyo in the region and i must take it up with Head Office. This was after he served a 'White Person' after claiming the store was not open yet. I was there to buy breakfast for the kids. His actions was that of an Untouchable person, maybe fueled by his assistant by the name of 'Tebogo' that he was the MAN and there was nothing you will do. The gentlemen has no Restaurant articulacy.
