Appauling service Steers New Germany Pinetown

I placed an order online arrived at the store waited 55 mins for my order. I got home and realised I had food missing. I tried to contact the store 3 times they made me wait on hold then would hang up each time. Furthermore I called the call centre my number was taken and i was told the manager would call back which they did not. I'm disappointed in Steers New Germany in Pinetown appauling service received.
