APPAULING SERVICE

I placed an order on Friday the 4 March 2022 online from your Wetton Circle branch and am completely disappointed. My very first time using the steers online platform to place an order and how disappointing. After nearly waiting 2 hours for delivery my food arrived cold, the order was wrong the chips was like it was from the bottom of the barrel all mashed and in pieces. This APPAULING service I would expect from a mediocre business but not from Steers. Tried to call the branch and waiting for someone to answer I gave up. I couldn't get help from anyone not even on your steers app. I am extremely angry and did not even enjoy the food.

Can I please have clarity why my order was in this condition? Why it took 2 hours and why the order was wrong???? When I asked the driver why my order took so long he was not happy with me asking questions.

I will not be using your online services again. FIRST TIMER AND IT FLOPPED
