Appalling service-Steers De Deur

Order was placed at 18:10 PM estimated delivery as advised was 45 minutes. The food was delivered at 20:14 PM . No one called to advised on the delay of the order. I could not track the order on my end. The service is appalling. Steers de deur is the worst. This is my second purchase at the store, nothing seems to be improving.
