appalling service i am speechless

i have never seen such disgusting unprofessional service as i recieved from the steers at carnival mall its not the first time. we waited 40minutes just to order when no one was at the window when eventually someone picthed we waited another 20 minutes to get to the pick up window . we waited another 20 minutes before only 2 out of 4 burgers were given and the order was wrong and the staff is not only useless but rude and unprofessional the two cars in front of us both drivers got out of their cars and shouted and screamed because of utter bad service my husband eventually also got out the car seeing that we waited almost 2hours for 4 rave burgers. this is not the first time at this steers where i received such bad service!!! i will never ever again go to this branch again!!!!! people behind us got out of their cars walked to KFC ordered food came back with th food waited until they could drive away because you cant get out because the pavement is to high .<br> <br>
