Appalling service from Steers Celtis

On Sat 03/12/2022,around 9:10 in the morning,my family and I had a trip n decided to pass by Steers Celtis driway to grab something quickly. We placed an order with Seala mannini who was very abrupt n dismissive,she went quiet after taking the order,we then proceeded to the next window to pay,she wasn't there,we waited for like 3 min,then she emerged,came to the window n did smthng on the system without saying a word to us,then left again,we waited again for what seemed to be forver,approximately 7 min with no one there.i then got off the car and walked around to get into the store to understand what was happening,I asked for a manager by the name of Rebecca,I asked that was happening she then passed me n went to the drive through window from the inside,I continued waiting for her expecting her to revert since I told her hw long I had been waiting for,My husband and 2 small kids were still waiting in the car by yhr drive through unattended still. Eventually the lady that took the order initially re emerged,gave them thr food n off she went. I never saw thr manager again n I just walked out when I saw the car moving from the window. This was the most appalling experience,for people to be so unintended and worst of all for the manager to be so dismissive when she was supposed to contain the whole thing was totally unacceptable. To have been treated with such disregard for a service we paid for was just uncalled for.
