Appalling Service from Steers Blu Valley Mall Centurion

I ordered a full chicken and chips from the Blu Valley store in Centurion. The order was incomplete and the chicken looked like it was cooked in a pot in some bush. The staff was still adamant that I had not ordered chips despite being charged for them. Clearly the customer is never right with you brand. I will gladly take my money to outlets that value customer satisfaction and take pride in their brands and the food they serve
