Appalling Service

I was at Steers Parktown and got appalling service from a lady called Thandi. It was not full and I was the only one at the time of my arrival and place my order. I then went to fetch my ice cream while I waited for the other lady to prepare my chips. Another customer places an order and the next thing the customer after me gets his order. When I asked how possible that a mere packet of chips takes longer as opposed the a full meal nothing was said, no explanation or apology.
