Appalling service

I placed order ***9 at approx. 8:22am on the app with your branch at Steers Ennerdale expecting to have a later supper with my family but this order never arrived to date. When we tried calling we got a voice prompt that said it was after hours and that we could hold for an available manager then the phone line just went dead although your trading hours show that you are open until 10am!!!

We waited over 2 hours for the order while trying over and over to get into contact with somebody for assistance but to no avail. We received no communication from you whatsoever with regards to the status of our order. Your service levels have been pathetic to say the least...you kept us hungry and waiting for a meal which never arrived...never again will I ever support you!!!!
