APPALLING SERVICE!!!!
<p>Id like to make a complaint against Steers, Grosvenor Crossing in Bryanston Johannesburg. I ordered a simple meal at 12h05 PM on Wednesday the 25th of May 2016, a Whacky Wednesday special. At 13h00 my order was still not ready. They didnt even phone to tell me that they were going to take a while longer for my order. When I asked to speak to the manager, they put me through to Debonairs, who then just put the phone down on me. I was shoved from Pillar to post. Frankly, I am appaled at the lack of service and customer orientation. I know it is lunch time and it is busy, but that is no excuse. I will NOT be ordering from there again. Future patrons be warned!</p>
