Appalling service

I ordered a wacky Wednesday meal and a small chips from the closest Steers outlet. I waited 20 minutes before I asked one of the staff members how far my order was. The staff member just looked at my slip and said nothing. I then waited another 10 minutes and asked again. This time another staff member asked where the order was and apparently someone gave my order away. So nor only did I waste 30 minutes of my life but I also would have never been informed of anything if I didn't take the initiative and ask for my food. The service was disgusting. I requested a refund and rather went home.
