Appalling, disrespectful and disgusting behaviour from Steers Strand Beach road

Worst experience ever from Steers Pavilion in Strand Beach road. We ordered over the phone and was told our order will be done in 10-15mins, we got there 20mins later just to be told our order is still coming. As we waited patiently another lady was waiting for over 40mins for the same order I placed and she also placed hers ahead of time by phoning in, as she got upset and asked where her order is she was told her order is waiting here for her the whole time, but the whole time they never read out her order number or asked, she was clearly upset and as she left the staff (Margerite and her trainee) started mocking the client and laughing at her behind her back, this is clearly a sign of no respect for your work or your customers and it’s just ***ards that mock and laugh at people behind their back, just disgusting. And when I asked how long we must still wait for the same order we were told our order number is wrong (but it’s the order number printer on our slip, so how can it be wrong?!) Margerite then said it’s probably one of the staff in the kitchen that took our order (clearly can’t take accountability and shifting the blame) worst of it all we made it clear no onions on any burgers and my wife and mom both suffer from IBS and we were assured by Margerite there is no onions, what a surprise when we got home each and every burger had onions on. I will never support Steers again if this lack of respect it the way they treat their clients, and not even once did Margerite apologise or say sorry for the wait not even once, appalling, disrespectful and disgusting behaviour
