The most shocking service from a so-called 'manager' meliss mhlongo at STEERS Montecasino meliss is so arrogant she goes around telling paying customers that 'they don't listen' and worse off all she throws her hands at paying customers. When asked about the complaints process she gave me & my wife(mind you our two sons had to witness such appalling service from a someone who's meant to be a manager!) a salt sachet and proudly said it has customer care contacts the irony in ' customer care' can someone at Steers address her and provide written confirmation that she's been addressed or at least taken to a customer care course
